About Farzin
When you become a PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering, you need to master physics and chemistry. Also, you need to know math to understand and express yourself in both of these branches. So, you can ask a good material engineer about all of these issues in math and physics. I worked as an assistant at Sabancı University for 4 years (8 semesters). I have taught at least 150 students in classrooms and 20 people in office-hours. I also trained 5 students in laboratories. I owe a lot to these students' questions. My own understanding deepened when I explain the same topic in different languages. Thank you all!

I stay only one step ahead of my students. In a few lessons, I find a common language with the student. It's easy thereof. While explaining topics, I draw attention to the effects of the subject on student's daily life. I help them bare the subject in their mind this way. I take students' questions at every point of the lecture. From my experience in university, I tell students how a subject will be beneficial for their professional life.
