Each session typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your goals and fitness level. Here’s a breakdown of a typical lesson:

Warm-Up: We’ll start by loosening up with dynamic stretches or light cardio to get your body ready for action.

Skill Focus: This is where we work on perfecting a specific calisthenics move or strength training exercise. Whether it’s handstands, pull-ups, or squats, we’ll break down the technique and practice until you’ve nailed it.

Strength & Conditioning: Tailored strength accessory exercises are designed to increase your overall power and endurance.

Cool-Down: We’ll wrap up each session with stretches or mobility work to aid recovery and flexibility.

Progress Review: We’ll end each session with a review of what you’ve achieved and make adjustments to your program to keep you progressing.
