About Shilpa
Well, I have been into the field of Instrumentation Engineering and then into the field of Engineering management with an International work experiencein the same field for six years. Later, I followed my Passion of Fashion designing and Interior Designing taking Diploma courses in the same and worked as a Freelance Designer in Dubai for an year. Later I made investments in running a firm that manufactures custom Designer wears for stylish Women abd ships globally. Alongside working as a freelance Interior Designer in my hometown. Post covid when the covid wave hit the bussiness down, I have been forced to temporarily shut down the designing firm and that turned me towards the teaching proffession, where I realised teaching is my yet another passion. I have been giving training to students in various Science subjects and English language for an year and I think I have been successful in bringing out the seekers in each student which reflected very well in their academic reports.

Subjects gets interesting when you can link them with your day to day life in a curious and fascinating method. Exam oriented teaching makes any student stay away from books. I believe in a friendly approach to students in developing an interest in any subjects they learn. Training any student to be a seeker is my idea of education and a seeker will have the urge to grab knowledge at any cost at any circumstances. Make a Seeker out of a student and his/her future is already secured.
