About Ashwin
My name is Ashwin and I am an undergraduate maths student at the University of Bath. I enjoy problem solving and want to help others to further their understanding of maths. Having gained top grades in my A Levels, I understand the struggles that students may face and can try to provide lessons that are tailored to their needs. My focus on teaching is on building intuition, simplifying challenging topics, and establishing problem solving ability in order to build confidence during exams. Whichever level you're fighting with or whatever level you're seeking an extra challenge at, I'm here to assist you in reaching your goals in maths.

My approach to maths tutoring is to try and build a deep understanding of the fundamentals and concepts rather than just memorising formulae. I will try to tailor each lesson to the student’s needs, whether that means breaking down difficult topics step by step, providing challenging problems to push their thinking, or refining exam techniques to maximise marks. My goal is to make maths intuitive and engaging, helping students develop confidence in their abilities and achieve their full potential.
