The lesson is taught based on the student. Differentiation in delivery, exercises, practice problems, and assessments is needed to maximize the student's learning. I have shown exceeded growth is all levels of Mathematics and have a passion for both, teaching and Math. As I currently coach high school math teachers, I update myself with current strategies to meet the students' needs.
