About Ezra
Well if you didn’t know quite yet, my name is Ezra, I am a senior at The University of Texas at El Paso, majoring in Kinesiology with an aspiration of medical school. Although I don’t actually major in mathematics it is one of my strong suits. I have currently been working as a tutor at a local high school for a couple of years, preparing students in Algebra 1 for their state exams. So I know what it takes to not only get through the content but understand it. I’m also patient, reliable, and committed to making sure each session is clear, productive, and built around what works best for you.

Hey, I’m Ezra. I’m a math tutor at a local high school, and I’ve been helping students with algebra for a couple of years now. Whether it’s a single word problem or a full lesson, I work 1-on-1 to make sure you don’t just memorize the steps—you actually get it. I like to start with the basics, then break things down one step at a time—kind of like climbing down a ladder. My goal is to make math feel less overwhelming and more doable.
