About Kyrylo
I am Kyrylo Vynogradov, a European Champion and Master of Sport in Ukraine, with 13 years of kickboxing experience and 5 years as a professional coach. I began my sports journey at the age of 4, which ignited my passion for martial arts and fitness. I strive to help students of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals in a supportive and motivating environment. With my extensive background in international competitions and national team coaching, I provide valuable insights and techniques in my lessons, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for everyone while building confidence and skills.

In my classes, we focus on mastering proper punching and kicking techniques, along with self-defense elements. I design personalized training programs based on each client's goals, preferences, and fitness level. Sessions are 60 minutes long and include technical drills, strength conditioning, and sparring. With 5 years of coaching experience, I train both beginners and advanced athletes, including children and adults, ensuring a tailored approach to help everyone reach their full potential.
