About Olusola
I am a professional storyteller and facilitator with decades of successful performance experience and an international profile. I am known in the storytelling world as Sola Story. I have also spent decades teaching martial arts and from this combined experience have distilled mindfulness and embodiment practices to develop my own genre of storytelling which I call ‘Physical Storytelling.’
I blend Physical Storytelling with my over 3 decades as a successful creative facilitator empowering both groups and individuals to
1. Find their creative purpose or why they want to speak
2. Learn how to access their creativity to fulfil their speaking intentions.

I am a 20 year instructor of a style of Martial Art that resembles a combination of Capoeira, Tai Chi and 5 Animal Kung fu. I believe that learning martial arts is a way of strengthening the body and mind as well as developing the ability to achieve goals creatively.
I teach beginners to advanced levels and can do this online or in person. I have traditionally taught small exclusive classes (including children) and now would like to share this art form with more people. This is a style that takes many years to master, however the journey along the way is nothing short of liberating!
