About Sophie
I am an Alevel student having just finished school. I studied history, English literature and art and I am currently going to be completing a gap year working as a teaching assistant. I have worked with children before in school settings such as clubs as well as coaching outside of school. I have also worked with children with anxiety issues and who find it hard to socialise in a normal classroom setting. This was such a good experience for me and I know that the children enjoyed us older children coming and just working with them and playing with them.
I have also worked under teacher supervision in sport lessons, music lessons, dance and art.
I am a passionate and dependent person with an aptitude for working with children and making the time fun and enjoyable. As someone who is keen to enter the education sector after university, I am very keen to get as much experience with children as I can with the number one priority being that they are enjoying what they are doing.

I am a bubbly, friendly individual who has aspirations to become a teacher in my future. My aim is to bring a bit of fun and understanding as well as growing techniques and abilities.
I am happy to work with all skill levels, if they are younger then 8 I recommend a family member just to be with the child.
Lessons will be done over zoom lessons and will last 40 mins long. As long as you have basic supplies: paper, pencils, paint brushes, colour pencils and paints if possible, then we can do just about anything. If you have any particular activities you would like to do then do please contact me.

Details
As the government hasn't said if we can travel I will be conducting my lessons through zoom. The lessons will be 40 mins long unless you would like to book a double.
