About Niemalie
I have been studying Japanese for over 20 years and have a great passion for learning languages. It is my life's work and I would love to share it with students who are keen on learning and extending their capabilities.
I have completed the JLPT N2, and plan on taking N1 in the near future. I have both studied and worked in Japan, and spend my free time absorbing Japanese media.
I have also recently completed a master's degree in translation studies, which requires a high level of understanding of the source language.

I am happy to teach 1 on 1 or in small groups.
I enjoy utilising Japanese media in my teaching, and would enjoy helping you understand your favourite anime or manga.
A typical lesson would be approximately 60minutes, and I can tutor students just starting out, or those who are undertaking high school or university exams for intermediate levels.
I have some experience in teaching highschool age children from years 7 to 10, and personally find it easiest to teach one on one, however small groups of engaged students are welcome!
