About Alisha
'm currently a second year medical student, and have quite a skilled knowledge of tutoring. I'm a hard working, focused and enthusiastic individual. I have attained 7 A*'s and 5 A's in GCSE and AAA in A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths.
Having just recently completed the new A-level specification in 2018 for Biology, chemistry and maths, I am throughly aware of the new specification and the difficulty of the exams and what is required in order to pass these new examinations. I am yоung, enthusiаstic аnd hаve а pаssiоn fоr knоwledge аnd helping оthers. I am willing tо put the wоrk in tо help ensure the student оbtаins the best pоssible grаde.
Having gone through years of studying and passing exams myself, I'm aware of how stressful they can be for students, so I would like to help them by sharing different techniques and methods of learning. Additionally I can support students by giving tips needed to achieve top grades, and making their learning experience enjoyable.

My teaching methods include making students watch videos on the topic being taught, followed by example questions to summarise the video. The questions illustrate whether the student understands the topic being taught or not, and if not then I teach them whilst doing the questions. I also provide students with detailed notes and further additional resources which will help them
