About Eliyas
I am a passionate and dedicated martial arts trainer who enjoys helping people improve their fitness, confidence, and discipline through proper training. I have been teaching martial arts for over 10 years and have trained students from all age groups. I am a School Games National level kickboxing player and a black belt in karate. I have also coached more than 10 international-level players. I believe martial arts is not only about fighting but about building a strong mind and a healthy body. I focus on safe, structured, and personalised training for each student. My goal is to guide students with patience, motivation, and consistent support so they can grow stronger, fitter, and more confident every day.

My classes focus on building fitness, strength, discipline, and self-confidence through martial arts training. I offer personal training in karate, kickboxing, taekwondo, and self-defence for all age groups. Each session is designed according to the student’s age, fitness level, and goals. I teach step-by-step techniques, proper warm-ups, flexibility exercises, and safe practice methods. My aim is to help students stay fit, strong, and confident while learning real self-defence skills in a positive and supportive environment.
