About Michael
As a tutor, my ultimate aim is to empower each of my students by building their self-assurance and helping them develop a sense of ease and comfort in asking questions, even those that they may feel too shy or embarrassed to ask in a regular classroom setting. By fostering an open and supportive learning environment, I strive to create opportunities for my students to engage more deeply with the subject matter, and to help them achieve their academic goals with greater confidence and success.

Having completed my high school and college education, I understand the challenges students face when learning mathematics. As a former student, I once struggled to learn and remember formulas, equations, and mathematical processes. After years of studying and practicing, I learned the material and most importantly retained all of the information to pass my tests and quizzes. I now offer virtual tutoring sessions to students in hopes of improving the student's confidence. My tutoring services are designed to cater to the individual needs of each student, allowing them to learn at their own pace and in a comfortable environment. I aim to provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, where students feel motivated to learn and improve. My tutoring sessions can range from middle school to college algebra. Most importantly, I teach students to complete the coursework with pencil and paper in addition to using their calculator.
