About Sonia
A long time ago, I wasn't the best student, and I had no idea why. I experimented with ways become better, until eventually I found something that works best for me and that helped me perform exponentially better in my classes. I know that every student is different, just like myself, and I want to make sure everyone's sessions are fully tailored to their needs and learning styles. I ended up being the top 10% of my class and consistently maintaining a high gpa even in college, and I know that I can help other students achieve this too.

I believe the best way to learn math is through application and repetition - and so I provide students with hands-on problems that test their knowledge across multiple lessons.
Typical Lesson Plan:
- Brain Dump - review what you recall
- Go over (optional) homework
- Learn new material
- Attempt new problem set
- 5 question quiz to test new knowledge
These lessons are for any sort of student - class help, getting ahead, feeling behind and need help catching up, getting better grades, etc.
