About Atenkosi
My name is Atenkosi Moyikwa, I am currently studying at UCT doing Electrical Engineering. Firstly, I am a person who is friendly and I enjoy communicating with a diverse group of people. I am also approachable which is something that would help my student feel free and comfortable to ask me questions. I am a person who is professional and self-disciplined, I work to the best of my ability in order to ensure that things are done accordingly and within time. I am organized which is something which helps me in the preparation of lesson plans and deliver the content effectively.

Interactive teaching style whereby I engage effectively with my students by asking them questions and guiding them if they need further assistance in finding solutions to problems, instead of telling them all the answers. I also mnemonics and other visual aid to help students learn new content easily. I am proficient in English and isiXhosa therefore I can be able to teach in any of those two languages which my learners will be able to understand clearly. Before teaching a new chapter I compile notes to prepare for the lesson ahead and thereafter teach the learner and test their knowledge and understanding through home works and short tests. I try to accommodate a wide variety of students more especially the ones who might require more assistance and attention in their studies.
