About Michael
As a Leader/Mentor/Coach, I have 20+ years of experience in management and leadership in both the
education and corporate spheres. In this position I will support elementary and middle school students to prepare them for secondary education. I expect all of the attendees to be on time, participate and complete all work.

My approach to tutors is to give an assessment test. Next have tutee to identify unknown vocabulary terms in particular topic, i.e. fractions. Student when learn all of the necessary terms for understanding the lesson. Next, students will be assessed on what they have learned.
