About Anam
I am a dedicated and reliable tutor currently studying a Bachelor of Education at RMIT University, with hands-on experience supporting students across a range of year levels. My academic background and practical tutoring experience have equipped me with the skills to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and create a supportive learning environment.
I specialize in VCE English and General Math, as well as primary and secondary English and Math, and I am committed to helping students not only improve their results but also build confidence in their abilities. I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to tailor my approach to suit each individual.

I take a personalised and student centred approach to tutoring, adapting each lesson to suit the student’s learning style, goals, and current level. I focus on building strong foundational skills, boosting confidence, and helping students develop clear thinking and problem-solving strategies. For English, I support reading comprehension, essay writing, and text analysis, while for Maths I break down concepts step by step to ensure full understanding before moving forward.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but I can offer longer sessions (90 minutes) if needed, especially for exam preparation or catching up on content. Each lesson includes a mix of explanation, guided practice, and independent work, with ongoing feedback to help students improve.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Education at RMIT and have experience working as a tutor, supporting students across a range of levels. My studies allow me to apply effective teaching strategies and understand how to best support different learners.
My lessons are for primary and secondary students, including those studying VCE English and General Maths. I work with students who need help catching up, improving their results, or extending their skills further.
