About Danya
I am currently in sixth form, studying 4 a levels (Biology, Maths, Chemistry and Geography) and would love to tutor GCSE mathematics. I have always had a strong passion for maths and it has always been one of my strengths throughout secondary school. I achieved grades 8’s and 9’s for my GCSE’s - achieving a grade 9 for Maths. I tried many methods when revising maths and can help my students find their own method to achieve the best possible grade they can.

I would begin each session with an introduction to the area we will be covering and explain the objectives for the end of the session. The bulk of the session would involve me explaining information and teaching the student, ensuring they understand what is being covered. To demonstrate a full understanding I will then ask the student some exam-style questions (We can try out the first few questions together and when they feel confident enough, they can try it out themselves) and give them feedback on how to improve. To finish I will answer any questions and ask the student what they would like to be covered next.
