About Zeenat
I teach taekwondo and kickboxing at Authentic Taekwondo in Markham ON. I have been teaching for about 4 years and have even more years of experience in leadership through clubs and online groups teaching cardio. I have a very positive and motivational tone of voice while teaching and I am very passionate about what I do. I'm also currently in university studying psychology so that I can make others mentally strong.

Build confidence, resilience, strength, and flexibility all while learning a new skill, self-defence. I will teach cardio, footwork, stretching, kicks, punches, real-life situations for self-defence, how to use your voice, and how to push beyond your limits to achieve awesomeness. This will improve your character and mental health in ways you've never believed would be possible.
