Hello, I'm Eleanor. I’m a passionate and patient yoga instructor dedicated to helping students build strength, flexibility, and inner calm through mindful movement. I teach a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative practices, always adapting sessions to each student’s level, goals, and physical needs. With my supportive teaching style, I focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and creating a safe, welcoming space where you can grow at your own pace—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to deepen your current practice. I believe yoga is for everyone, and my aim is to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and confident both on and off the mat. If you’re ready to improve your well-being, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body, I’d love to guide you on your yoga journey!
