I am a believer that anyone can succeed Math/Stats and I want to help you achieve your goals by being your coach in this subject. I have prior tuition experience in the UK, Canada and comfortable with any level up to and including Bachelors students. Additionally, I have had over 3 years applying math in the real world specifically within the insurance industry including working with a Fortune 100 company and currently using my math skillset in my flight training to become a pilot!
The Mathlete Method
-Establish what topics your specifically struggling with.
-I will then patiently walk you through the working to reach the solution teaching you fun tricks and tips that help where we will discuss the process.
-We will then work through some example problems together where I encourage you to question me as much as possible to help your understanding.
-You will then work on a problem independently to the best of your ability and we will review it; when you have completed as much as you feel comfortable with.
-Finally I will set you a couple problems for you to work on before our next lesson where you are free to reach out to me anytime to discuss and this will be the kicking off point of our next lesson.
Please note: detailed notes will be taken by myself and provided to each student at the end of each lesson. Having solid math notes is something not every math teacher is able or even willing to provide but I feel is key to building success in math/stats.
