About Benjamin
I graduated top of my year from the University of Warwick, with an average mark of 82%, and achieved an A* grade in both A-Level physics and mathematics. During my university career I volunteered as a UNICEF On Campus ambassador, a role which involved me travelling to local schools to give a presentation to school children on the topic disability. I am a confident communicator of science and maths, and have the ability to explain difficult concepts simply and clearly.

In 2022 I graduated top of my year with a 1st class integrated masters degree in physics. I have many years of experience in dealing with a huge range of physics and maths problems. I am a strong believer in learning through experience, and provide plenty of examples and questions for students to complete to help solidify their knowledge and develop their confidence in what can be difficult concepts. I am willing to work with all types of students, and will adapt the lesson to their personal needs so that they become proficient and confident in physics and mathematics.
I offer 1 to 1 lessons tailored to the curriculum, ensuring that students know what they can be examined on. I will use past exam papers and questions to develop students' analytical, numerical and written communicative skills. For students who are interested beyond a school curriculum, I am happy to teach more advanced concepts and help bridge the gap between A-Level and degree physics.
