About Sunay
I am an 18 year old student at the University of Cambridge in my 1st year of Undergraduate Economics. I have achieved 11 Grade 9s in GCSEs and 45/45 points in the International Baccalaureate (including Grade 7 in HL Economics). I am therefore very familiar with the knowledge and exam technique required to be successful. I believe the key to success in Economics is a true understanding of the diagrams and the reasoning behind them. My teaching will hence be focused on encouraging the development of logical chains of reasoning to explain why events occur following a shock, allowing you to easily construct diagrams to illustrate this. This is crucial to writing strong explanations and essays. I am more than happy to tailor to your specific needs, so please do let me know specific topics you would like to work on!

Lessons are conducted online through Zoom, where I will be able to share an interactive whiteboard which we can both write on. I am willing to teach students of all calibres. Lessons will be focused on ensuring you understand key concepts and particularly diagrams, which are crucial to success in IB Economics. We will also focus on real-world applications, giving you a bank of these to use in your Paper 1 essays. Finally, we will work through past paper questions and essays to make the exam-style second nature. Lesson content is tailored to you, so please contact me to let me know specific topics you would like to focus on!
