About Kenzie
Hi! I’m Kenzie — a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, writer, and lifelong learner. I fell in love with yoga through embodied movement and breathwork, and it has truly changed my life. My practice helps me come home to myself, and I’m passionate about holding space for others to do the same. I studied Journalism at Georgia State University, and writing continues to be a big part of my life. I love to journal, meditate, and explore the connection between body and mind. Outside of teaching, you can usually find me reading a good book, cooking something nourishing, or running (I recently completed my first half marathon!). My classes are grounded, intuitive, and breath-centered — whether we’re flowing, holding, or exploring stillness. I teach from a place of presence and curiosity, always encouraging students to listen deeply to their own bodies. Yoga is more than movement to me — it’s a way of living, feeling, and connecting. Whether you're a student or a teacher in training, I’m here to support your journey with heart, intention, and care.
