About Nolwazi
My interest in teaching yoga comes from my own journey with the practice and the calm and self-awareness it has brought into my life. It helped me cultivate a home within.
Through yoga, I learned to slow down, listen to my body, and move with more intention, and I enjoy guiding others to experience that same sense of grounding and confidence. Teaching allows me to create a supportive space where people can begin, or return to, a practice that feels steady, nourishing, and sustainable.

I offer private yoga lessons both in person and online, with sessions typically lasting 45-60 minutes. My lessons often include a combination of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, and may occasionally incorporate journaling. My approach to teaching is gentle, grounding, and beginner-friendly.
I teach in English and am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where each student feels seen, supported, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
