Yoga is the gateway to unity, with the mind, body, and spirit. As a mental warrior, yoga is the most powerful tool I have encountered for healing, and absolutely changed my life. I offer private classes for individuals or groups, ranging from 45-90 minutes depending on preference. From beginners to intermediate and advanced students, I can tailor the class to perfectly suit your needs, accommodating for injuries and traumas as well. I specialize in hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga, so I can create a perfect class for you, tailored to your unique needs.
