About Nonsindiso
Hi! I’m Nonsindiso, a second-year Education student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a proud Dean’s Commendation recipient. I achieved distinction-level results in isiZulu and History, and I’m passionate about turning “this is so confusing” into “wait… this actually makes sense!” Teaching isn’t just my degree — it’s something I genuinely enjoy.
I’m professional and well-prepared, but I also believe learning shouldn’t feel scary or boring. In my lessons, you can expect clear explanations, structured guidance, and a comfortable space where you can ask questions freely (no judgment here!). My goal is to help you build confidence, improve your marks, and maybe even start enjoying the subject a little more than you expected.

I take a structured but relaxed approach to teaching, making sure lessons are clear, engaging, and easy to follow. As an Education student at UKZN, I apply what I’m learning about lesson planning and different learning styles to help students truly understand their work, not just memorize it. I teach in both English and isiZulu, which allows me to explain concepts in the language students are most comfortable with.
In a typical lesson, students can expect clear explanations, guided practice, and time to ask questions without feeling rushed or judged. My lessons are aimed at primary and high school learners who need support in English or isiZulu, whether it’s improving marks, preparing for exams, or building confidence in reading, writing, and understanding literature.
