Hello! I’m Sandisiwe, a second-year Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science student dedicated to helping learners bridge the gap between feeling intimidated by numbers and truly mastering them. As a second-year BSc Actuarial Science student, my tutoring approach centres on breaking down complex mathematical and scientific theories into intuitive, first-principles logic. A typical lesson begins by diagnosing specific hurdles from school or university work, moves into step-by-step conceptual walkthroughs, transitions into guided exam-standard practice, and concludes with focused test strategies and consolidation. These lessons are designed for high school learners (Grades 8–12) tackling Pure Mathematics and Physical Sciences across CAPS and IEB syllabi. Instruction is delivered primarily in English to ensure seamless alignment with formal curricula and examination standards, with fluent isiZulu readily available to provide clear, bilingual explanations whenever an abstract concept requires a more relatable, intuitive perspective.
