Tamara’s teaching style is calming and motivational, and she has a wonderful way of adapting the practice to fit individual needs, ensuring that everyone, regardless of experience level, feels comfortable and supported. One of my favourite memories from her class was when I finally managed to hold a pose that I'd struggled with for weeks. Tamara’s encouragement and clear guidance were key in helping me get there, and she celebrated my progress with genuine joy.
Tamara would be a fantastic teacher for anyone looking to begin or deepen their yoga practice. She brings a unique combination of knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for yoga that creates a nurturing and holistic learning environment. I wholeheartedly recommend her to the Superprof community—her classes are not only about learning yoga but also about feeling more balanced and empowered in everyday life.View more recommendations
