About Paris
Originally from Montreal, I’ve spent most of my life in Waterloo, Ontario, with a few of my high school years in Atlanta, Georgia. In high school, I was a provincial and state-level piano competitor and founded HomeworkHub: an educational nonprofit that has helped over 4,000 students access free tutoring and academic support during and after the pandemic (you can find my TED Talk about it!). Now at Western University, I study at the Ivey Business School, where I’ve taken on leadership roles as a VP and student mentor in several of our largest business clubs. I’ve also guided many younger students through their university application and scholarship processes, something I genuinely enjoy and continue to do through my lessons.

This helps me tailor our lessons to your specific needs before we officially start - My lessons are suitable for students of all ages learning English, as well as current high-school students preparing for Canadian and American university or scholarship applications. Whether you’re improving your writing, refining your personal statements, or building overall confidence in English, I’ll adapt our sessions to your level and objectives - I provide both online and offline help: whether it be editing your essays, or last minute interview/test preparation sessions.
