About Jim
I am a 3rd year mechanic engineering student at the university of Bristol. I studied maths, further maths, physics and DT at a level. I have previously tutored maths and physics for GCSE level students as well as younger pupils.

I teach by assessing each students individual needs and working with them to improve in the areas that they are struggling with. I believe it is important to take a methodical approach when teaching maths and work through each problem step by step. This widens understanding and allows the skills learnt to be applied to new problems.
