About Emma
I’m a 3rd year medical student at Newcastle University but this is my 4th year (I unfortunately got covid before my end of year exams in 2021!). I love chemistry and biology as topics and I love teaching and talking to people. I’m very friendly and approachable (or at least I like to think so!) so I hope to establish a good, laidback relationship with my students.
I got A*AA in my own A Levels (Biology, Chemistry, Maths) and I achieved 8A* in my GCSEs (including Biology, Chemistry and Maths).

I generally do my lessons over Zoom as I work in hospitals (so I want to minimise covid exposure) - this allows me to be super flexible with both timings and content of our sessions.
I place a lot of emphasis on doing exam questions and learning to read the mark schemes ourselves, so we can learn the buzzwords and get those hard-to-get marks in the exam!
