About Ian
I am enthusiastic about assisting students to achieve their academic goals. Moreover, I will take on feedback and strive for excellence in teaching, at the same time accommodating students’ needs. By being a tutor, I would actively help students resolve mathematical concerns, whilst at the same time preparing them to be confident in tackling mathematical problems.

I'm a human-centered person, I understand that everyone is unique and encounters different challenges as they study. In my lessons, I would seize every opportunity to help students understand mathematical calculations and concepts in the simplest way that is tailored to their learning style.
I had worked as a mathematics tutor for year 7-12 in Hong Kong for 2 years prior to moving to Sydney. This experience enabled me to develop my communication and teaching skills.
