I teach in an active recall manner. Once we learn a topic, I may quiz you on a topic we’ve studied last week. I tend to cross quiz across subjects which keeps students sharp and engaged. Exam style questions are key for me. The more a student is exposed to the style of questioning, the quicker they adapt.
My students have gone on to achieve 8s and 9s in their GCSE exam from 5s and 6s.
