About Clara
I am a 4th year medical student at UMass Chan Medical School! I graduated with a bachelor's from Boston University in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, as well as a minor in psychology. However, I love reading and teaching in a vast array of subject areas. I love to dance in my free time! I also have a small dog that I love more than anything named Sassy. I have ample tutoring experience within my medical school but am looking to spread my wings and tutor more students! I love kids and people of all age ranges.

We will start by evaluating what you know! I believe that solving problems together tends to be the best way to learn rather than just reciting or telling you information. I am a very caring and compassionate tutor, so I work very well with students who need a little extra time and help. I also have a very clear and systematic way of explaining content. I like to test what you know first. Free recall of information can help significantly with memory consolidation! We will then review whatever is necessary.
