About Erika
I’m a native North American who now resides in Northland, Aotearoa with a strong love for nature, deep commitment to self-growth, and natural gift for relating to others, be it in a professional or informal setting. I have always been a teacher of some sort so tutoring is a natural extension of my skills and quite suitable for keeping my brain in the game now that I have a baby at home.

You can expect to learn a broad understanding of yoga including theory, elements of different asana practices, how to design and lead a class, and various meditation practices that can be integrated into your life or the lives of others you wish to teach - plus more.
