About Aanchal
Hello! I’m Anchal Salujaa, a Visual Artist and Art Educator with four years of teaching experience, currently working as an Art Educator in Ludhiana, and the founder of Art Aura. Art has always been my way of exploring ideas, emotions, and creative possibilities, and I love helping others discover their own artistic potential.
My online classes are designed for children, teenagers, college students, adults, and mothers, with lessons adapted to each learner’s age, interests, and skill level. From drawing, sketching, and painting to mixed media and experimental art, I focus on making techniques easy to understand through step-by-step demonstrations and personalized guidance.
What makes my approach special is that I encourage learners to develop their own creative identity rather than simply copy references. I also incorporate art therapy-inspired activities for mindful creativity and emotional expression. Whether you want to explore art as a hobby, build professional skills, or reconnect with your creative side, my goal is to make every learning experience engaging, supportive, and meaningful.
THANK YOU

ABOUT ME,
Hello! I’m Aanchal Salujaa, a Fine Arts postgraduate with over four years of teaching experience and currently working as an Art Facilitator, Ludhiana. As an artist, educator, and founder of Art Aura [building brand for hand-painted clothing and fabrics and much more], I believe art is much more than creating a beautiful picture. It is a way to observe, explore, experiment, express emotions, and develop an individual creative identity.
My online art classes are designed for learners of different ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. Whether you are introducing your child to art, learning a new skill as an adult, exploring art as a hobby, or developing your artistic abilities for professional growth, my approach focuses on your individual needs, interests, and goals.
1. Personalized Teaching for Every Age and Skill Level
Every learner is different, so I do not believe in teaching everyone through the same method. My lessons are adapted according to age, understanding, learning pace, interests, and existing skills.
Young children: I introduce art through simple, playful, and engaging activities that develop observation, imagination, color recognition, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills. Children are encouraged to explore materials and enjoy the process rather than worry about making perfect artwork.
School students: Lessons focus on developing drawing skills, proportions, shading, color theory, composition, observation, and creative thinking. Students learn the fundamentals step by step while gradually developing their own artistic style.
Teenagers and college students: Classes can focus on strengthening technical skills, exploring different mediums, developing personal projects, understanding visual composition, and building a portfolio according to individual interests and goals.
Adults and beginners: No previous experience is necessary. I provide a comfortable learning environment where adults can explore drawing, painting, mixed media, and other creative practices at their own pace.
Mothers and adults seeking creative time: Specially designed sessions can provide an opportunity to reconnect with creativity, explore colors and materials, and make time for personal expression through art-based activities.
2. My Special Teaching Features
Individual attention and one-on-one sessions: Personalized sessions are available for learners who want focused guidance, a flexible pace, or help with specific artistic goals.
Easy to understand professional techniques: I break complex techniques into manageable steps, making them easier to understand and practice. Learners receive guidance on not only what to do, but also why a particular method works.
Age-appropriate lesson planning: Activities are selected according to the learner’s developmental stage, experience, interests, and confidence. Younger children receive simpler, more exploratory lessons, while advanced learners can work on more detailed techniques and independent projects.
Expert guidance across art mediums: I help learners understand the characteristics, uses, possibilities, and limitations of different materials so they can make informed artistic choices.
Constructive feedback: I provide guidance on strengths, areas for improvement, technique, composition, and the next steps to practice, helping learners progress without losing their individual creative identity.
Creativity beyond imitation: Reference images can be useful learning tools, but the aim is to develop observation, imagination, decision-making, and an understanding of how to create original work.
3. Art-Based Emotional Expression and Mindful Creativity
Art can offer a meaningful way to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Alongside skill-based learning, selected sessions can incorporate art therapy-inspired activities focused on mindful creativity and personal expression.
Activities may include emotion-based color exploration, intuitive painting, music-inspired mark making, free drawing, and reflective art exercises. These activities are adapted to the participant’s age, comfort, and interests.
For children, they can encourage imaginative expression and help them explore feelings through creative choices. For adults and mothers, they can offer a dedicated space to slow down, experiment, and reconnect with creativity.
These sessions are intended for creative exploration and general well-being, not as a substitute for clinical art therapy, psychological assessment, or mental health treatment.
4. Learning Through Art Aura
As the founder of Art Aura, a creative brand built around personalized, handmade expression, I bring practical experience of taking artistic ideas from concept to finished creation.
Through my work, I explore how art can extend beyond a canvas into wearable art, customized products, fabric-based creations, and other creative applications. This perspective can help learners understand how artistic skills can be applied to real projects and how personal ideas can be developed into distinctive creations.
Where relevant to a learner’s interests, I can introduce the process of brainstorming, selecting suitable materials, planning a design, experimenting with techniques, refining details, and presenting the final work.
My aim is to help learners see art not only as a subject to study, but also as a skill that can grow with them and open up different creative possibilities.
5. How online classes will work
Classes are conducted online, with teaching adapted to the learner’s age, goals, and skill level. Lessons can include demonstrations, guided practice, individual projects, feedback, and suggestions for practicing between sessions.
Before beginning, we can discuss your interests, previous experience, preferred mediums, and learning objectives. This helps establish a suitable direction for your classes.
One-on-one sessions are available for more personalized attention. Materials and project requirements can be discussed in advance so that learners can prepare for their sessions.
6. My Teaching Philosophy
I believe every person can explore creativity when given the right guidance, encouragement, and space to experiment.
My goal is not simply to teach you how to make a particular artwork. It is to help you understand the process, build confidence with materials, strengthen your artistic foundations, and gradually discover your own way of expressing ideas.
Whether you are a young beginner, a student developing your skills, an adult exploring a new interest, or someone looking to pursue art more seriously, I aim to make learning structured, approachable, engaging, and meaningful.
Learn with guidance. Create with confidence. Discover your own artistic voice.
Online art classes are available for children, teenagers, college students, adults, and mothers, with personalized learning options based on individual interests and goals
