About Ramish
Hi, I’m Roshni! I am currently an Accounting and Finance student with a strong academic background in mathematics and business-related subjects. Before starting my degree, I completed a Diploma in Banking and Finance in Singapore.
I have always enjoyed working with numbers and helping others understand things they may initially find difficult. I am patient, friendly and believe that students should feel comfortable asking questions without worrying about making mistakes. My goal is not only to help students get the correct answer, but also to help them understand how they got there.
I understand that every child learns at a different pace, so I am happy to explain concepts more than once and try different ways of explaining them when needed. I hope to make math feel less stressful and help my students become more confident in their abilities.

I believe every student learns differently, so I would like to make my lessons simple, patient and comfortable for each student. I will first try to understand which areas they are struggling with and then explain the concepts step by step using easy examples. I also believe practice is very important in math, so we will work through questions together before the student tries them independently.
A typical lesson would include a short review of what they have learned in school, going through any topics they find difficult, practising questions together and reviewing their mistakes. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, even if they need something explained more than once.
As an Accounting and Finance student, I have always worked closely with numbers and mathematics throughout my studies. I am friendly, patient and willing to adjust my teaching based on each student’s learning pace.
My lessons are mainly for elementary school students in Grades 1–6 who need extra help with math, whether it is understanding a topic, practising schoolwork, preparing for a test or simply becoming more confident in math.
