About Cleo
I have over 3 years of experience tutoring Math and hold a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science. One of my main focuses is helping students improve their mathematical communication and exposition skills. I believe that being able to explain complex concepts clearly is just as important as solving problems. I work closely with students to help them write coherent mathematical arguments and present their solutions effectively. Whether it’s for university essays, research papers, or presentations, I guide them step-by-step to build strong communication skills. My approach is patient and clear, breaking down difficult ideas into simple, understandable parts. I’ve helped many students gain confidence in expressing their mathematical thoughts both in writing and speaking. Developing clarity is key to mastering math, and I love seeing students grow in this area. I make sure lessons are interactive and tailored to each student’s needs. My teaching approach to Maths is nurturing and personalized. I believe learning is best when it feels like play. That’s why I encourage students to explore math through logic puzzles, game theory, and recreational mathematics. These fun activities make difficult concepts easier to understand.
