About Viya
I’m a Math tutor with over 3 years of experience and a BA in Mathematics, with a strong background in topology and knot theory. My teaching approach in Maths is focused on real-world understanding and practical applications. I believe math should not just be learned—it should be lived. That’s why I emphasize financial mathematics, interest calculations, investment analysis, and budgeting as key areas of study.
Students learn how to apply formulas and models to everyday money matters. We explore how percentages work in savings, loans, and investments. I guide learners in understanding how to make smart financial choices using simple math tools.
I also support students preparing for competitive exams, especially Coder and Olympiad aspirants. For them, I create sessions that build both problem-solving speed and financial reasoning. Sessions are interactive, with real-life scenarios, step-by-step explanations, and plenty of practice.
I help students see how math connects to their daily lives and future goals. Whether it’s creating a budget, calculating returns, or analyzing risks, I make sure they feel confident. Students are encouraged to ask questions and take part in discussions.
