I am an applied mathematician and passionate educator with over 8 years of teaching experience. I help students not only solve school problems, but understand why mathematics works and where it appears beyond the classroom. Hello!
I am a mathematician by profession and by calling, and I have been teaching mathematics for over six years, having started my teaching journey at the age of 15. After spending almost a third of my life doing this, experimenting with various teaching formats, and studying dozens of works by some of the world’s most distinguished educators, I have become a true master of the teaching craft. My former students are already successful students at some of the best universities in Ukraine and abroad — Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Lviv University, KSE, ETH Zürich, Vilnius University, the University of Paris, and many others.
What makes my teaching approach unique is the use of real examples of how mathematics is applied to problems in other sciences and fields, drawn from real-life situations. And there are countless applications: mathematics is used in medicine, sociology, and music, and it can even be valuable to lawyers and linguists. Mathematics is not merely about numbers and abstractions — it is a key to understanding the world!
