- I am an actuary working at a short term insurer in Cape Town.
- I have a BCom Honors degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Stellenbosch.
- I was the Dux Scholar at Roedean School (SA) in 2019 and studied all 5 years of high school on the top bursary for academic excellence.

- I specialize in teaching high school students, especially Matrics, but have taught as young as fourth grade.
- I have 4 years' worth of experience, teaching plans and past papers that will be adapted to each pupil's specific needs.
- I start my lessons off with a few math questions to determine the gaps in the pupil's knowledge. I then go over the theory on the topic with clear summaries and examples before ending off with supervised math problems to see the pupil's progress.
- I offer tutoring in both English and Afrikaans.
- I offer open access to my WhatsApp line so that I can help the pupil with homework on days where we do not have lessons.
- I expect the pupil to finalize the topic they want covered at least 24 hours in advance so that I can make sure I come fully prepared to the lesson and do not waste valuable time.
- My teaching style is very encouraging and positive as I want to see my pupils succeed and gain their own passion for math!
- I am flexible and can fit in last minute sessions in preparation for tests and exams.
- Since I am already employed full time, I can only offer lessons from 17:30 - 20:00 on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
- I am a dedicated and punctual tutor with the pupil's best interests at heart.
