About Faaiz
I am a first-year Bachelor of Primary Education student at ACU who is passionate about mentoring the next generation. My experience includes five years of youth leadership and student mentoring within the Australian Army Cadet Band, which taught me the importance of patience and clear communication. I want to teach because I love helping young primary students build their confidence and discover/reach their full potential. I am committed to creating a highly supportive, motivating, and encouraging space where every student feels safe to learn, grow, and succeed.

I focus on making primary school English lessons highly engaging and completely stress free. As a first year Bachelor of Primary Education student at ACU, I am trained in the latest literacy, reading comprehension, and spelling frameworks. My approach breaks down complex writing and grammar rules into small, achievable steps that build a child's confidence. My five years of youth leadership experience in the Australian Army Cadet Band has given me the skills required in order to keep primary students focused and motivated while maintaining a fun, positive learning environment.
