I am an admitted attorney and notary from South Africa, currently completing a 120 hour TEFL course in order to apply for a teaching/ english foreign language instructor position overseas. I've assisted pre-school children with their school activities and my day job consists of speaking to various persons from various cultures in English

I am an energetic 28 year old, female admitted attorney from South Africa and my normal day tot day employment requires me to converse in English with colleagues and clients. My teaching method would be to get to know the student first as this will help to ascertain the level of English the relevant student is currently at. After the level has been confirmed we would start by doing some vocabulary and pronounciation of words in order to get an idea on what we need to focus and how we can improve there on. It is an absolute must to take into account the culture and background of a student in order to move forward with lessons and this will also have a huge contribution on what type of teaching technique, i.e words, pictures, videos, flashcards or reading material that will be used to assist the student to improve their English.
