About Brian
Hi, I’m Brian — an AEA actor with an MFA in Acting, an MA in Educational Theatre, and a BA in Theatre, plus nearly two decades of experience teaching and performing. I’ve worked with students of all ages, from beginners to professionals, and specialize in helping actors connect to material with authenticity, confidence, and joy. I coach classical and contemporary acting, audition prep, and acting the song, helping each actor-creator unlock presence, play, and a deeper sense of truth in their work. My background as an actor and musician supports a sharp sense of timing and emotional precision, but at heart, every session is about discovery. You’ll leave with tools you can trust and a clearer sense of your unique artistry.

As a professional AEA actor with an MFA in Acting, an MA in Educational Theatre, and nearly two decades of experience, I offer intuitive, individualized acting lessons rooted in presence, play, and transformation. I draw from the Demidov approach — a fully organic technique centered on the art of living onstage — alongside classical tools that adapt beautifully to both contemporary and heightened text. My coaching is neurodivergent-friendly, curiosity-driven, and tailored to your goals, whether you’re working on monologues, scenes, or building confidence. I also offer acting-the-song coaching for musical theatre, helping students bring truth and storytelling into their vocal work. Lessons are available for teens, adults, and committed beginners of all kinds.
