About Pamela
I am an instructor of pole dance, an acrobatic discipline that requires a balance of strength, control and flexibility. I offer customizable lessons based on the needs of each individual, of all ages and genders. No previous sporting experiences are necessary. I teach children from 6 years old, middle school, high school, and adults.

My approach is holistic and customizable. We can structure a long-lasting path, or a single targeted lesson. Free body physical strengthening space for legs, abdomen, back (core), upper torso with dynamic, proprioceptive and isometric exercises; mobility and protection of the shoulder rotator cuff; flexibility of the back, legs to achieve sagittal and frontal splits, and exercises such as the needle scale.
