About Harishan

I tutor GCSE and A-level Maths and Physics, one-to-one and online, plus university admissions prep for engineering and maths applicants. Most of my students are in Years 10–13.
Lessons run an hour as standard, or ninety minutes in the run-up to mocks and finals.
My approach is built around one question: where exactly are the marks going? So the first lesson is diagnostic. I work through past-paper questions with the student and map what I find against the exam specification, point by point, marking each one strong, average or weak. That map is what plans the next lesson — we spend the time on the two or three things actually costing marks, rather than re-teaching content they already have.
Every lesson ends with a written summary of what we covered, what improved and what we're doing next, so a parent can see progress without having to sit in.
I sat these exams recently myself [A*A*A*a], and I have an offer to read Aeronautical Engineering at Imperial.

I highly recommend Harishan as a physics tutor, he went above and beyond to make sure i got my A* for AQA physics.
