My Teaching is purely based on understanding my students/fellow mates and their requirements. I would love to know their weak areas where my fellow mates find it difficult to understand the concept by actively communicating with them so that I can get a better picture about their needs.
My focus here would be strongly based on strengthening the basics and I make sure that the concepts taught are crystal clear as they would be used actively throughout the life. I will use real life scenarios and problems which includes images, videos and case studies to help in better understanding of the subject.
Since I have attended a lot of National Level Conference and Events, I have a better understanding about the requirements which is needed for a student and I can guide my fellow mates accordingly by sharing my knowledge. I will also provide suggestions and advices for my fellow mates about their ambition and career growth.

Shashank is an excellent tutor and is very knowledgeable. He teaches complex things in a very convenient and in an easy to understand manner! Based on my personal experience, I can assure you that what he teaches is worth all your time. Completely trustable and highly recommended.Shashank has very good understanding of the basics and he starts his lecture from the basic level and then escalates it. He has a professional teaching method and he is very good with children. Overall, I would definitely recommend Shashank for the students.
Shashank has been one of the most dedicated person I have ever met, he has been doing lot of great things,teaching has been one of the best qualities in him. Confident, always ready to answer questions. Patience, calmness and lot of potential in his role. Explaining of key concepts in various methods is his strong suit.
