About Namrata
Being an engineer in professional terms, I understand the need of building a strong foundation. The same concept goes with the human body too. Hence it is essential to develop a strong body and mind and prepare ourselves so that we can face several challenges in our life. Yoga is an ancient practice which doesn't need any external requirements to get fitter and stronger. All you need is some space and a yoga mat!

The method I adapt to deliver classes varies from every individual. It depends on the requirements of my client and also their capability. For example- my yoga routine for a student of 18years and for a student of 55years would be different. Here, I would also mention that age is not the only criterion. There are individuals of 45years who are more flexible than people of 20years. Therefore, my teaching strategies would solely depend on my client's requirement and capability.
