About Ed
My name is Ed, and I have wanted to be a teacher since I first tutored while studying for my A levels. I studied Aerospace engineering at university before completing my PGCE in physics. Inspiring a love of physics in students is very important to me, as this leads to more aspiring physicists and better exam outcomes for my students.

I teach lessons tailored to each individual student. The structure and content of each tutoring session is informed by you and your ability. Every student learns best in different ways, so it is important for me to teach to your strengths. Tutoring sessions are typically 1 hour in length.
A typical lesson will include first going over topics where you are struggling and working to ensure that you understand the fundamental principles. We will then work through questions of increasing difficulty to help you to apply your knowledge in an exam situation. Once you are confident, we will move on to the next topic.
I am available for both GCSE and A level physics tutoring.
